 I received a product that i did not order. There was an invoice in that package asking me to pay for the product and if not paid within 10 days, i will be billed a penalty pay ment. I don't even know how they got my address. I sent an email to their customer service and explained that i did not order the product. The reply that i got was sorry that you are unhappy with the product but you csn return the product at your cost. I was not impressed by that. i emailed back telling them that they dont seem to understand the problem. I never ordered the product. If they want it back, they pay for it. Do not expect me to pay for their mistake. After that i did not receive anymore email back. A few weeks later though, i receive an invoice for the product and this time charged for the late fee too. In that letter too, a threatening sentence that if i do not pay they will bring a case to their law partner. I checked how much it cost to ship the product back to them and shockingly more expensive than the invoice i was billed. I have emailed them back explaining the problem. But no reply this time. I can imagine they are just ignoring my complaints but will keep sending me invoices demanding to pay. So i just paid for it. I am filling a report here because i feel so ripped off. I am very disgusted by this company for such dirty tactics to force money from people. I hope no one should ever fall victim to this kind of thing ever. No one should ever be forced to pay for something they did not order.
