Lux Style Scam and strong arm tactics to ruin your credit Messevej 12 Odense , Denmark
I was scrolling through an ad on the internet and tried to get out of it and before I could do that, apparently I had ordered the product!
I did not receive the product but got several invoices and reminders to pay. I tried negotiating with the company but they were very non cooperative and after that I got dunning letters and emails.
I was asked to provide rpoof that I did NOT receive the product. How does one do that?
Finally I got a letter from some collection agency declaring that they will ruin my credit if i do not pay and that I will have bad credit for 6 years.
Our of frustration - and fear - as I am a single mum struggling to make ends meet, I borrowed some money and paid with my credit card.
