Do not recommend. I ordered and paid for two items of home decor in July and when only one item was received, I emailed and asked about the second item. I was told there was a delay for 3 weeks. When that time passed and my purchase had not arrived, I emailed again and never heard back from LuxDeco. I contacted them again for an update and was told by Madeleine she "was chasing my order" and would get back to me. She never did. Finally, I asked them to cancel the order and was again told by Madeleine my refund "Due to higher than normal contact can take up to 30 days to be fully processed" - so I just disputed the transaction with my credit card company. This has been a complete waste of time. LuxDeco is unprepared to fulfill orders timely and has serious issues with customer service. Don't waste your valuable time and money dealing with these clueless amateurs!
