Complaint Review: Luxia No. 7

Luxia No. 7 Asked for a free sample. subsequently I have been billed $97. monthly via Credit Card. The product comes monthly with what appears to be an invoice for $2.00 Phoenix Arizona

I received my free sample  after I paid the shipping. Subsequently I received another shipment when it arrived I thought it was a mistake. Today I received another shipment. When I called, I was told that I automatically signed up for succesive monthly shipments with the initial order. if I continued to accept the product it would be discounted 80% (approximate cost $20.00 instead of $97.00). When I asked for it to be cancelled, I was told that the best they could do was to discount my current delivery only at 30% but I would have to agree not to contest the order with my credit card Company or follow up with my attorney.

They could not say if there is a satisfaction guarantee on this product. I offered to send all the products back.

Very poor company to work with. If Shark Tank is really part of this deal, I will revisit my view of SharkTank.
