 My husband was on the internet playing a game when a Joanna Gains add came up, him being the great guy he is thought how much I love Joanna and thought if Joanna Gains has a product I would love it! NEWS FLASH... The product came in the mail it took me about a week to open the package ( because I have my own skin care products I still had and was using .) To tell the truth I used the product one time, I never really thought about it again. So much to OUR surprise another package came in the mail today. After speaking with my husband he said he did not order it!

So I get the packing slip and call the number to find out what was going on to see if he had gotten into some auto ship product. Just as I had expected. When I called I spoke to Mohammed , he ensured me that it was as an amazing product. When I explained to him we never expected to have signed on to auto ship he told me in the terms and conditions of the contract yes we did. After I ask him to take us off the auto ship he gave me conframation number while I was still speaking he hung up on me, I dialed the number again and SUPRISE I get Mohammed again After asking for a supervisor he starting talking over me and said their was no refunds..
