Alan Souda of Luxman Trading Concepts, sold to me an automated  Trading system called Nevis trading system that traded S&P mini future contracts.
There was a singed guarantee that if the system was not profitable from Aug. 1st 2008 to Jan. 31 2009, half my $6000 would be returned and the rest after another 30 days.

Per agreement, a letter was sent requesting refund to James Kennedy. One of his replies stated:

Dear Mr. Farmer,
 
I'm writing this to confirm that I have your refund request has been received, and final processing will take place the weekend of April 17. You should be getting it very soon.
 
If you have any questions, please let me know.

After numerous promises, none of the refund was sent to me.
Jack Harris will sometimes answer the phone, but James Kennedy rarely will respond.

They still are around, how can they keep making promises and not delivering and still stay in business.
