Complaint Review: Luxman Trading Concepts

  Below is a certified letter to Mr. James Kennedy requesting documentation and procedure for a refund. No reply as of April 17, 2010.

Dear Mr. James Kennedy,

On March 25^th. 2010, I e-mailed Mr. Ward C. Thompson with the following information and have not received a reply.

I have completed the Luxman Trading Concepts seven month Iridium trading program. The first trade was place with Foremost PFG Best Brokerage Firm on 8/11/09 with a starting balance of $5900. Today my brokerage account balance is $4,313.02.

The attached document is your special rider and formal notice of the agreed seven month performance period guarantee.

Please provide me with all documentation and procedures to receive the guaranteed refund
