Luxottica Vogue Saks Inc Charged my Credit Card 113 as opposed to order amount of 79.96

I came across a website where the heading is Ray-ban. It looked authentic with all the codes for Rayban. I reviewed their web and decided to purchase since I could not find any bad reviews or hits with Vogue Saks or buy-sunnies.com. I neglected to search though Luxottica. After purchase of 4 "Ray-bans" the order total is 79.96 and normally if you put your address during check out the web would update the amount to your currency which in my case is CAD. Furthermore, the checkout showed no currency just the amount. Assumed then it was CAD.

The website also indicated free shipping and that I would receive my order confirmation. I got a hint that something was wrong when no order confimation came. Then I checked their FAQ's and then checked my spam. Sent them an email and was told after submission that they would get back to me within 12 hrs. Never happened. Then I checked my CC notification and saw the amount. Quite shady. Even with coversion the total amount still does not match. Worse...their web does not have a cancel order option. My CC got charged 113+ after agreeing to 79.96 Sent them an email to cancel the order and disputed it with my CC issuer.
