Complaint Review: Luxury Auto Sales In Woodbridge

First of all the move was nice everyone was so nice...test drive the car loved it so we made the deal. Told the salelady that the ABS light was on and she said that they would fix them.

So I brought the car with the knowing that I was gonna get my brakes fits. So as the next week I called and they set me up an appt. to get my low jack and for the mach. to look at my brakes. After the mach. looked and said this is whats needs to be done.

Him called the cardealership and told them and they were gonna set up an appt. for me to get them done the nest week.

The next weeks comes and I take off work again just to be lied to again. They said that the boss said they was not gonna pay for my brakes because I had a promonstory note and I needed to pay that 1st I was steaming. So I paid the note in full and when I asked when I was gonna get my brakes done Dean said that David would set it up for you. Thought everything was great and I should of knew that is was bull.

Dean told me that the big guy said they took a loss for selling me the car and that if I wanted to pay for half of the brakes I could or give the car back. I hate Dean and Daivd they ripped me off and I dont want any one to be ripped off like I was.
