Luxury Auto Solutions Operates as owner Anthony FrazierAtlanta Ga or Olive Branch MS 404-438-8963 Sells you a Lemon and won't return you your money! I was compelled to write this cause after dealing with this guy he did me exactly how he did others in the scam reports and BBB reports. He talks a good game. Gets you a car that no scencable person would go and get from the auction. A STRAIGHT LEMON! He is horrible at calling you back! Has every excuse in the book! Your paper work is questionable! He doesnt do the right thing and refund your money! Just a bunch of lies and jive! So like others im out of thousands of dollar with a lemon! I wish i would checked on line prior to but like most he was recommended around tax time and I never thought I would be his next victim! I dealt with him out of his Atlanta office

Very unhappy about being sold a lemon and not refunded my money! This guys sells me the worst car I ever own which he probably had in his back yard! My paper work after finally looking at it was questionable! He hardly returns your calls or text messages! He has every excuse in the world! He practices bad business! DONT BUY NOTHING FROM HIM OR YOU WILL BE OUT YOUR MONEY AND STUCK WITH A LEMON! I wish I would of checked BBB reviews prior to buying from him! He came recommended but the person that recommended him had problems and thought it was just him! DONT BY NOTHING FROM THIS MAN

Quite A Revelation

You say the paperwork on two ocassions was "questionable" or words to that effect.  Later on you reveal you finally looked at said paperwork AFTER the deal was made.  You did not say you received a warranty, thus the implication is this was an "As Is" sale.  Since it was YOU who made this deal, why did you NOT even bother to READ the paperwork BEFORE you agreed to it?  If said paperwork was "bad" or misleading, you could have caught it IN ADVANCE and not moved forward with the deal!  Again, this is nothing more than you trying to blame them for YOUR lack of COMMON SENSE?  Anybody with half a brain READS the contract BEFORE they sign it!!!  Where do you people with this "mindset" come from?  If you bought this car without a warranty, then you bought it "AS IS" which does not mean you get free warranty.  Don't bother saying it, I'll tell you in advance, I don't work for them!

As-Is

Since you decided to post a very small piece of the Warranty Discloure that was posted and given to you we can only figure that the section that was marked was "As-Is".

If that is the case that means that YOU are responsible for ANY and ALL issues that come up with the car as soon as you sign on the dotted line.  They are under no obligation to do ANYTHING for you other than to tell you to go "Pound Sand".  It is YOUR responsibility to make sure the car is mechanically sound before you purchase it.  This means that you must have it looked at by a mechanic who can tell you what is wrong and the cost to repair.

Now, if by some chance you did get a WRITTEN warranty, if they are not abiding by that warranty you may have a valid claim but these warranties rarely(as in almost never) allow you to return a car.
