I placed deposit for a boat and jet ski for use 11 am - 3 pm with extra payment for delivery to rental house. After multiple phone calls the day of, the boat and jet ski still hadn't arrived at noon. Called to cancel due to failure to delivery service and other plans for later in the day. Company hung up phone on me and still charged credit card, even though no services provided. Called later in the week for response and refund. No returned calls.
