Andy Pearson is who I talked to. I wanted a full interior clean with seats out. A quick polish on outside. What I got was armour all sprayed on everything even my leather. Spots of gunk still on my leather and glass and seals. When I picked it up I opened up compartments and the detailer said "oh I didnt even open that." The more I looked the more I found.
I contacted andy again. Said I was being super fine detail. For 400 dollars it better be fine detail. Told him it would be 150 for refund for another detailer to complete his job. Since I would not be traveling to him again. I spent 110 dollars to travel to see him from a recommendation from another small business from BNI. Which is another problem. Andy lied about taking out the seats and showed one picture of paint that been polished.
After that Andy called me a swindler. I responded that now he can refund the $412. Which I think is light. I will be taking it to another detail guy to correct all the problems. Less then 24 hours after the detail I took it for a wash and found how badly he swirled all my paint. Which is horrible since it is black.
