Luxury Fashions Charged me $89.00 when they said i would only pay shipping and handling.
I did a survey on Amazon and was told I would only pay shipping and handling of approximately $5.00. The necklace and watch that they sent me was of very poor quality. They then charged my account $89.00. They would not take returns and their call center that they use hung up on me when I tried to complain.
