Luxury Locs/Luxury International $17.50 refund for incorrect order sent back, not received. 2nd package received still incorrect and must be returned again how many times do I pay? Jefferson Georgia

Hello,
I could not help but inquire about the beautiful hair the two women wore so elegantly. a month ago. I was given the web address for Luxurylocs and was excited to have place my first order.

The customer care personnel were absolutely wonderful and professional. I did not mind that my discounted price with shipping was just above $300.00. I did mind however after opening the package, find a bundle of what appeared to be disshuffled hair and not in the color I ordered. I immediately rushed to the post office before they closed and sent the package back by the quickest way possible so the correct order could be forwarded to me that much sooner. It cost me $17.50 to return the item.

The customer care presonnel were most apologetic and empathized with me. I was told that the postal fee I paid to send the item back would be forwarded when the correct order is sent. It was not, nor was the 2nd package received what I had ordered either. What do I do now? Pay another $17.50 or maybe Luxurylocs can forward me $35.00 dollars with my correct order and then I'll return the package I have in my possession.

Truthfuly, I don't even want their hair. But their police is no refund and if returned, I'm liable for some re-stocking fee. The taste of excitment I once had is now most bitter. If I must be stuck with their hair, so be it but at least reimburse me for returning the order they can't seem to get correct.

Ms. Paris, this is Renne, we sent you two orders... we alos let you know that jet black is not available for our hair... its virgin hair, we explained that jet balck hair is indeed a custom color. We have spoken numerous times , we have never not called you back... so we always were in correspondenece with you. This was not neccessary, but we do apologize for the inconvience. Your shipping will be reimbursed. And if you want to send the second order back we can issue complete refund. Thanks.
