Please do not order from this company! If you see the company name "luxurylocs.net" press ESCAPE and do NOT order from them!!! This company is a fraud! I ordered from them and within 2 days, received a UPS tracking number and date that my package was mailed. At that point, I decided to make my hair appointment a week from the date the package was mailed. So far, I have canceled two hair appointments and did not receive my package in time for a vacation. This was a HUGE disappointment. The bigger disappointment was discovering on the internet that there have been numerous complaints on this site, with the Better Business Bureau and, on blogs all over the internet.

The one time I spoke with a live person, I was told that my package had been mailed. When I checked the tracking number that was provided with the USPS, they confirmed there was no such number. My purchase was made with paypal so I'm not sure how much protection I'll have in terms of getting my money refunded. I plan to pursue with them....In the meantime to everyone reading this, BEWARE OF LUXURYLOCS.NET!!!!!

Firstly, we are not in business to defraud the customer...secondly, the internet can be a wonderful place to do business but can also be a nightmare, alot of things get loss in translation. So, for any customer that feels they have been treated unfairly by us we apologize. Now to address the issues at hand. W ehave never given any bogus tracking numbers. There is always an explanation for whether or not a number works. Firstly, you need to track on the correct website.

We ship through USPS... not UPS as stated by the customer with the complaint.

All couriers do ask that customers allow time for their systems to update tracking information. It is not uncommon for the customer to receive this message if somethinf was just shipped.

" there is no information or record found for this item"

all this means, is that the shipment may not have been scanned into the system
it does not mean that that same tracking number wont work later.

Also, with USPS if something is sent priority mail and we pay for just delivery confirmation, it is not at all uncommon for that pkg, to not show in the system until after it has actually been delivered, thus the name " delivery confirmation"



Also, if a customer requests a refund for a shipment that is enroute to them, we can possibly refund them until the items reaches them. We do 90 % of our transactions thru PAYPAL and Google because they are very customer oriented. If the customer is not happy, we know that they will handle the situation properly. If a customer complainn of non receipt, they will immediately debit our account. Why would we want that?


Are there ligitimate complaints about our company? Ofcourse there are... no business is perfect. The one fact that remains is, we always address each complaint. We have NEVER taken a customers money and simply not delivered. If something has gotten lost, or was simply not shipped, we imdiately offer to either reship or refund. Thats our side of the story. There are always going to be those customers that we cant please and for that we apologize. The truth is though, we do address each complaint, we will do anyhting to make the situation right.

As for any other blogs... people can say what they want, thats what makes this a free country. As for the Better Business Bureau, each and every case that has evver been presented to them, has been addressed by us. I dont now one company that doesnt have complaints.
These type of websites can entice an angry or disgrunteled customer to lash out before trying to resolve the matter amicably, we cant control that. We can howver control our side of the story.



I know for a fact that the owner has authorized up to 50 % off towards future purchases for an inconvienced customer. Why do we do this ? Weve been in business long enough to know that each and every customer matters. Some of you will read this and either believe us or you wont. Thats your right as the consumer, others will give us the benefit of the doubt. To those we say thank you . We are always available to the customer and always ship the product. If something is wrong, we address the issues and we try to do so in a timely manner
