These guys are total jerks. In April I went to luxury motors in orland and purchased a newer model grand am . I was told that the car had been through a total inspection and was great, on the test drive the car had an oil light and I was told that if I came back in an hour or so he would have the oil changed and the car would be ready to go.

I came back bought the car, the next day the I'm driving the car a check engine light comes on and 5 minutes later the car just dies I called them they tow the car back to their service dept. they tell me that the car needed a tune up and new plugs and they would do all the work. The guy even guarentees the work for a year and tells me if I have anymore problems he will give me my money back and even puts it in writing.

I go pick up the car and 2 days later the same thing happens again. This time it broke down near a car-x they look at the car and tell me that the car has not been tuned up, has no new plugs, and hasn't had an oil change in about 4 months! I call luxury back they tow the car the guy tells me he has my money and I can come the next day to pick up the check.

The next day I go to get the check he tells me he already mailed the check and I should have it in 3 days. After a week I still had no check and everytime I called I got the run around, then no one would talk to me at all.

Finally my mom calls them with our lawyer and all of a sudden they say they can cut my a check on the spot. These guys are a total rip-off, I hope that none of you get taken for the ride I got from them.
