Complaint Review: luxury parlor

luxury parlor made a transaction from my credit card but didn't send ordered items!!!! Brooklyn, New York

I odered some products from luxury parlor on line. They did not send a confirmation number.

In a few days I got 'so called tracking number'. There were just many digits and they were just fiction numbers, I could not get anywhere with these numbers.

I made numerous phone calls to this 'so called company' at any time of the day. I didn't get any answer, just the same voice mail.... .

They charged my credit card and didn't send anything. Can you imagine?

Finally they decided to use my credit card and make expensive purchase for themselves. Can you imagine this?

This happened to me first time and I hope the last one.
