Complaint Review: Luxury RV Rentals NC

Luxury RV advertises through their website (luxuryrvforrent.com) that they are looking for Owners RV’s to enter into their rental fleet.  Through their Rental Agreement I entered my RV into their fleet.  Luxury RV took my RV into their possession on June 07 2015.  As of today May 24 2016 (352 days later) Luxury RV has not complied with contractually obligated articles, commission payouts nor rental performance report submissions.  Per the Rental Agreement they were supposed to notify me and obtain permission before repairs are to be conducted on the RV, supposed to provide rental performance on a quarterly basis and a commission check based on a percentage of the RV rental each month.  To date Luxury RV has not complied to this contract between the them and Myself.  They have maliciously avoided paying commission payments per the contract, based on RV rental performance, out to me every single month.  I have repeatedly asked for quarterly reports but have never received them.  Every communiqué I make with them through email regarding these matters is never answered.  Early on every communiqué I made with the owner of Luxury RV through phone call regarding these matters is answered with a promise that these items will be sent.  The promised dates came and went without answering or sending the mentioned above items to me.  These last few months have went by without any reply (email or voicemail) from Luxury RV.  Luxury RV is conducting business not only in an unethical manor but is conducting business in a criminal manor by luring in RV Owners by subterfuge.  Luxury RV is conducting a rental program whereby they rent out RV’s that they don’t own nor insure nor plate.  Their modus operandi is to state to the RV Owners that the unit never rents out such that they can collect and keep all monies made on the rental.  On several occasions I have seen on Facebook that the unit was rented out when they stated otherwise.  When confronted they are mute.  At present I have tried to obtain my RV back but cannot due to Luxury RV not replying to my emails or phone calls.
