I ordered a duvet cover on the 28th of October and have been waiting for it's arrival. I am overseas and had it sent to my father in laws house to ensure faster delivery. It is now the 29th of November and I haven't received anything. They were more than willing to debit my account though! That occured within a day! I looked at the shipping info and it said the product would ship 2-5 business days with delivery anywhere from 7-14 days later. Yeah right! It's been a month and the only thing I have seen about my order is the words "pending". I have tried numerous times to call the "company" with no success. All I ever got was a constant ringing or it'd disconnect me. I have sent them emails telling them I wanted my items with no such luck either. I called my bank today and filed a dispute against the company. Unlike many others I am lucky enough to have a bank that will go after a fraudulent company to ensure I get my money back! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
