Luxury Watch Women Saw an ad on Facebook for luxury-looking watches for postage only. Fraud and recurring charges.
An ad on Facebook offered luxury-style watches for shipping only; ($6.97) so I purchased one. After several weeks I called as I had not received it. I was told that since I didn't pay the "balance" of roughly $49 they had cancelled the sale. What actually happened is they tried to charge my credit card without my knowledge and it was declined and the $49 was "refunded". It was not refunded, per my recent credit card statement. My credit card company turned it down.
I called Luxury Watch Women (855-862-6611) and asked for a refund of my $6.97 shipping charges (because nothing was shipped) but was told, "That money already went to the United States Postal Service." I asked why was I paying shipping charges when nothing was shipped. Again the same Postal Service answer. Lo and behold, there is now yet ANOTHER $6.97 charge pending on my credit card.
Finally, there is no such company or entity going by the name of Luxury Watch Women that I can find anywhere on the internet. I am relieved I only ordered one watch! This is a prime example of the unchecked and unregulated fraud sites prevalent on Facebook and many other websites. This watch company is fraud from the getgo. Beware!
