On April 29th I placed an order from Luxury99.com with next day air delivery through Fedex and was promptly charged $364.00 to my credit card. After several days of no delivery I was finally able to contact Luxury99.com through their web site. Although I was charged for both watches, I was told that one watch was no longer available and the other would be sent out via Fedex overnight delivery. I was given a tracking number for Fedex which turned out to be bogus.

It is now several more days later, my credit card has been charged the full amount and I have yet to recieve a watch. Please folks, don't let their fancy web site and low prices fool you, this is a boiler room watch scam operation of the lowest order. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Today I recieved an email from Luxury99.com in regard to the $175.00 credit due to my credit card for a Seiko brand watch that was never delivered. Luxury99.com said that I would not recieve a credit because both watches were delivered to me on May 13, 2002 although I only recieved one. Here we go again!

Thank you Rip-off Report

Only after a threat to file a Rip-Off report on May 8, 2002 did Luxury99.com decide to deliver a wrist watch. Although I recieved a Citizen brand watch on Monday may 13th, I have yet to be credited $175.00 for the Seiko brand watch which Luxury99.com said is no longer available. I am disputing the $175.00 portion of the original charge with my crdit card company. Luxury99.com is not available for comment today at their web site, as they choose how and when to make themselves available to their customers on a daily basis.
