I baught a new 2005 suzuki forenza from this dealership and the car looked good from the outside and ran good, they gave me the b/s speach in the salesmans office and we went to sign the paper work, then all of a sudden the price went on the car like this isnt right, then he told me it was for the tinting on it and i said ok lets do it, but when i got the car back it looked like hell, i braught the car back to them and the general manerger said we not replacing it your problem.

1 month goes down the line and the car making funny noices under the hood and ill called them up to see abouting doing something about it and they basically told me to go to tell hell, so i went to another suzuki dealer, in 1 month i replaced the timing cover, and this weekend it was in the shop getting a new valve cover gasket, and only 1500 miles on the car, so I called them about it again, and said my problem your car know and then I called suzuki and talked to them and they told me you have to go through the dealership you baught it from cause we arent doign anything about it either, its like im stuck with the car, know they are looking at putting a new head gasket on it, whats next when there is 5000 miles on it a new engine. All I got to say is before you purchase a car from them better have some vasoline ready.

Rebuttal to Luzzi Suzuki at the Lake

#2UPDATE Employee

Thu, October 27, 2005

This is a rebuttal to Ivan of Kingman AZ and his allegations against Luzzi Mitsubishi Suzuki located in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
After a thorough search regarding this 2005 Suzuki Forenza these are the facts.

Ivan came back to us after the sale because a window tint dealer in Kingman had told him the tint was bad. We inspected the tint, had our window tint dealer inspect also, and found no flaws to correct.

For the valve cover issue, we do not build the cars, If Ivan had brought the car to us, we would have covered it under factory warranty like the dealer in Kingman. The dealer in Kingman also replaced the timing belt cover.
It appears that the problem is with the car and not Luzzi at the Lake.
