Charged for Steam Floor Mop then took 2 payments of 1.60 and another 89.95 on 4.3.12. Payment for mop was taken at time of ordering. Thanks for alerting me to this problem when I went to check LV8* I shall be contacting them tomorrow for repayment. Will report this to Trading Standards as well.
