I just wanted to thank everyone else who posted about this scam. I received mine in the mail today.

To me, this thing looked like a legit thing, but then I got to the bottom and read the contract. Something didn't seem right.

Normally I'd throw things like this away immediately, but recently I'd entered myself in a contest for winnings said to be between $25 and $100 million and I immediately assumed that this letter was telling me I'd won something.

I've seen a few webpages about this, with a few different scans of the letter(s). So far, the only things that I can see that are different from one letter to another are the name, the amounts of money that the "other" winners won, the "postmarked/prioritized" date, and a few smaller things, like that code underneath the words "RESTRICTED COMMUNICATION FROM THE LAS VEGAS, NEVADE ACTIONABLE AWARD PROGRAM ON (date)"

My winnings, even, have matched, so far, every single case I've seen. Yes, I've been confirmed for a prize "over $3,341,006.00" as well.

Again, thanks to those who have helped me see before I sent out the $20, and thanks to you guys, I'll be sending back the Business Reply Mail envelope withOUT the $20, along with the contract NOT signed, and a letter to them with a few choice words about how I feel about being "scammed". I might be naive, but I'm not stupid. Thanks again all!
