Complaint Review: LVAAP Las Vegas Nevada Actionable Award Program

I received a letter in the mail announcing that I had won over 3 million dollars in a sweepstakes. In capital letters across the top it states, "You are officially sworn to secrecy absolutely confidential."

At the bottom, there is a detachable portion where I am to sign and enclose a $20 report-release fee through cash, check or money order to "LVAAP". I know sweepstakes do not require a payment, so I checked online & found plenty of complaints from others who encountered the same fraud.

I'll keep the letter for further reference if needed, but wanted to file a complaint so that hopefully, this "company" can be caught and stopped.
