I'm 16 years old, and I live in Ohio. Today I received a letter in the mail from the LVAAP informing me that I had won over $3,157,003.40. All I had to do to claim it was send a "standard Client Release Form," which was provided for me in the received letter, along with $20.00 to Las Vegas, Nevada.

On the Client Release Form, I had to provide my signature and answer a series of questions which I had to check either a "Yes" or "No" box. The first question is, quote, "Are you at least 21 years of age? []YES []NO." The questions after asked if I had ever won a prize over $100.00, $1,000.00, and so on up to $100,000.00.

It also asked if I would permit them (the LVAAP) to use my photo, name, initials, and state of residence for a promotional story.

Also, in the letter it was said that I have a LVAAP account, of which I had no prior knowledge to. I would very much like to find out how these people found out my current residence and my name, because I just moved to Ohio last August from Washington state.
