Complaint Review: LVAAP

I got the letter in the mail, that I had won $3,341,006.00 and had to send in $20.00 to LVAAP that has no association or affiliation with any particular sponor of any sweepstakes or contest. By sending you check, you are authorizing the payee to make a one-time electronic debit from your bank account.

Something about this didn't seem right to me. So I looked it up online and thousands of sites came up saying it was a RIP-OFF! I only read a few of the accounts but they all had won the exact same amount as I did and sent in the $20.00 and never got any prize.
