I ordered a 360 Lace unit from this company on their site. They also have an Amazon store & I believe Ali stores. It took a week for my unit to ship out. I never heard from them until it was shipped. When I did get it looked ok. The hairline actually looked decent, though I can't speak to the hair quality. I took the unit to my hair stylist & he pointed out that it wasn't constructed properly. There was no room for my ears. One side is actually worse than the other. I contacted the company about an exchange. Vivian contacted me back. I was told that they will not exchange it. If I want to return it it would be at my expense. So, I would have to pay for their mistake....really?! They would rather bite the hands that feed them & cater to the YT (You Tube) Gurus! Well, we'll see how long that lasts.
I'm tired of these companies that have infiltrated the market taking advantage of us!! I think it's time to stop supporting them!

This is an update: It was a hassle trying to sell the unit so I finally had to use it. I had it installed the middle of Sept {last month}. I colored it 2×, without using bleach. This is one of the "worst" hair I've ever received. I realize that coloring it dries it out so I am constantly conditioning it. Tnat doesn't seem to matter. It's very dry & sheds like a........ (I'll let you insert whatever animal looses hair massively or better yet put the scraps back on the floor where they got the hair from). I wouldn't recommend getting hair from Lwigs, or Premier Lace Wigs. I've attached a pic of the shedding before & after conditioning the same day. Not acceptable!
