LWPELECTRONICS/ BILL CHANG i just received an email in my "junk mail" and i was concerned because it said i had confirmed a paypal purchase for $474.99 for a NOKIA cellphone.. i do not use paypal, it is obvious that this is a scam...how is this person continuing to get away with this? i will use the advice on this website and call my bank.. i just received an email from paypal stating i needed to confirm a charge for $474.99 for a NOKIA cellphone for BILL CHANG...obviously this is a scam and no such person is listed in Saco, Maine.
LPW ELECTRONICS is a front for something evil and i can't believe this person is still doing this after all these posts i have readon the RIPOFF REPORT website with the same situation.
i am going to take the advice of others and make a police report, call my bank and check my credit card account...really awful, "Bill Chang" is such a loser....
