LWPELECTRONICS, Bill Chang Sent fraudulant email - same Paypal scheme as others have posted Ripoff Saco Maine
Fraudulant email ....again he's trying to get credit card info by using links...don't ever go to these links as they ask for personal info. This occurred on July 16, 2006. Can't believe he is still trying this scheme. Paypal is aware.
