I received an e-mail confirming charges to my credit card for a Nokia 8800 cell phone. This bad boy costs $774.99.

It was going to be shipped to a Bill Chang at 202 N. Magnolia Drive Saco, ME 04072. Why hasn't this man or persons been caught yet?
