lYCA mobile I did not get the sim i paid for and they promised me for 3 business days but its been a month and they are not helping me on phone. Nationwide

Hi, 

I am Arun, i ordered a sim online and paid for it. they promised me the delivery 3 business days. 

I ordered sim on 2nd of january, and changed the adress on 5 th of january conforming the order is not shipped yet. and i also changed the address on 7th of january realising that the address i told them was wrong. On 7th of january, they promiseed me that the sim will be delivered in 3 business days at any cost. its been a month now. 

 Every time i call them, they come up with the same solution that this problem has been escalated and i will recieve the sim in 3 business days. they are not even refunding me. please help me out with this situation.

please help me with the best possible solution i can make.
