I ordered a ride from Lyft and the driver estimated a $45 fare.  When we arrived, the fare was $75.  I didn't know that drivers weren't allowed to accept cash and gave him $90 -- he took it without informing me of the policy.  Lyft then charged my credit card an additional $55.  When I complained, I received non-responsive, non-sensical response suggesting that they'd tell the driver about the no cash policy.  The response came two weeks late and said it was from "Even David" at the top and "Kurt" at the bottom.  In sort, Lyft charged me $145 for a ride that should have been $100 less.   RIP OFF!!!!!

 Observe how Lyft merely repeats what it said in its bogus e-mail to me. They completely fail to address the knowing theft by their drivers.
