Lyft Inc. - Lyft -Lyft app Deceptive and false advertising ridesharing app and San Francisco California
Never sign up with Lyft nor download their FRAUDULENT APP on the app store (ios and apple stores) nor google play (android and chrome os).
1) On tuesday, May 02, 2023 at around 5:00 am I ordered a 2 stop/round trip ride from this fraudulent app for CAD $45.91.
2) I was then picked up by this VERY RUDE AND COLD IRANIAN DRIVER by the name of ”Hadi” who was short, a little overweight and dark-skinned driving A BLACKISH-GREYISH 2010ish NISSAN ROGUE in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada.
3) As soon as he dropped me off at my destination in midtown toronto (yonge and eglinton) he DID NOT DROP ME OFF AT MY ASSIGNED DROP-OFF POINT rather than he DROPPED ME OF AROUND 20 METRES AT MY DROP-OFF POINT
4) this guy PURPOSELY CANCELLED MY RIDE SO THAT HE COULD MAKE $CAD 38.93 from me and TO PICK UP ANOTHER PASSENGER FROM THERE
5) I then chatted with a LYFT A.I. customer service robot BUT IT WASNT VERY HELPFUL and only got charged CAD $36.83 as A SINGLE TRIP (if you add stops on your trips to either pick something up, then YOU WILL SAVE ROUGHLY LIKE 25% MORE, instead of being charged for 2 single trips).
***please take a photo of your driver and their license plate when using wither the lyft or uber app here in Canada and record all interactions with them, that way they cant be FRAUDULENT WITH YOU.
