Lyn Ledbetter Bush Doing business in the Grand Panama Resort Panama City Florida Failed to disclose Condo Balcony doors were locked facing the Gulf Panama City Florida
We rented a beach front condo with a Balcony facing the Gulf from Lyn Ledbetter Bush and she failed to inform us the Balcony was locked due to painting. She knew when we paid our deposit on 12/02/2022.We arrived for our 8 night stay on 12/23/2022 and was told to put the money in her door slot no checks only cash and to not check in until we had paid. When we arrived at our Condo # 304 in Tower one the Balcony doors were locked and all the Balcony furniture was gone. In our opinion She knew all along the Balcony Doors were locked and failed to inform us. We would have put off our Christmas Vacation if we had known we could not use the Balcony and Balcony furniture. We were locked inside the Condo for 4 days when we decided to go home. Our Christmas was ruined and at our age ( we are in our 70s ) we don't have a lot of Christmas's left. We feel She should have returned at least half our money if not all. She deceived us and was morally wrong yet she kept all our money.
