ok first I would like to say that I am  new resident at this property Iived here for little over a month since I'm not from GA I made 2 4-5 hours trips to view this property prior to moving there when I first came the staff was very polite and professional because of that I decided to move in when I came to do my walk through I noticed a lot of things was not done in the apt. I was assured that it would be taken care of I took notes of everything that needed to be done gave a copy to the office I then signed my lease got my keys but did not return to move in until a week later I got back nothing was done so I went to the office and it got fixed 2 days later with the exception of somethings not being fixed b/c they had to be "ordered" I was also told that they spray for pest every thursday since I been here they have only come out twice the 2nd time was b/c I called and complained 2days back to back  I couldn't get a copy of my lease b/c it would not print at the time i signed it so for clarification I called the office to see when my rent was due and when it would be late by meaning when I would get charged a fee I was told a fee would be charged after 5pm on the 5th of each month I turned my rent in on the 5th due to the fact I was out of town when the first came around and yes it was before 5pm I was told that my rent was late and that I had to pay a 100 late fee b/c "I was misinformed" now I spoke to the office manger about this and was told it was in my lease that I did not have a copy of but my thing is if I called for clarification on something that's in my lease and I get told the wrong information by  a representative of the company then how is that my fault  so going fwd I contacted the corp office the for the Lynd company this is the company that manage this property I called 5 times if not more for 2-3 days and left msgs and was told emails was being sent no one returned my call until days later at which point I was told someone would come out and spray my apt for pest and the other things that was not done in my place would be fixed and that they would not refund my 100 even though the person at the corp office I spoke to told me that the 5th was the day but then when I told him I had been charged and that I had turned my money in on the 5th he said oh well I have to check with that property to see what their policy is I asked that the 100 be credited not refunded and they refused and to date nothing has been fixed and the guy came out and sprayed the apt one time after that and has not returned I still have a bug problem I filed a complaint with the BBB and I have yet to get a response from the company even though the BBB followed up with me the next day ohhhh did I mention the day I moved in which was about a week after I signed my lease there was a dbl homicide a few buildings not far from me and that they have a security gate that was broken for almost a month they just fixed that I was told upon move in that there was about 3-4 police officers that live on the property and that they walk it on a reg. well I have yet to see or meet them and there was suppose to be s security guard as well ummm he's MIA as well oh and the workout room is closed after the office closes so guess what if you work after 5pm or get home after 5 or 6 you will never get a chance to use it I know I don't I was misled oh and the professional nice friendly staff that was there when I moved in has all since been replaced now I ask you do you want to go through what I have been through and mind you I've only been here a little over a month and it keeps getting worse I'll update this and other sites on a reg to let you guys know how  it continues to get worse or if they have done anything to improve it and now I'm stuck for another 11 months. p.s they had a trash pile up for weeks I have pics of the broken gate and the trash pile up wish I could post them \I'm ashamed to even invite ppl over at this point... oh and by the way I WISH I HAD OF GOOGLED THIS COMPANY B/C THERE ARE A LOT OF COMPLAINTS ON THIS SITE AND MANY OTHERS BUT i KNOW IN THE FUTURE WHAT TO DO BEFORE I MOVE IN SOMEWHERE OH WELL YOU LIVE AND YOU LEARN.
