CCM Vector 04 goalie skates. Lace eye grommets pulling out, shredding laces. Dropped off at shop, told they could be repaired, would be two weeks. 4 weeks of many calls and excuses and a 90 minute wait in shop skates returned. Grommets originally went completely through boot, replaced with eyes that are only on outside of boot. First wearing all grommets pull out. Taken back to shop and told best they could do, cost of repair returned. I am now left with a pair of $200 skates that cannot be worn. I told sales people I wish they would have just called me and given skates back, they were shredding laces but at least they were wearable. Now they're worthless.
