This company pass themselves off as the Latin American division of Lyris, Inc (a publicly traded company).

In fact, they are an external agency. Owned and operates by pure crooks.

Let me explain...

I have paid them over $100,000 in total, and for the most part received service. However in times of technical difficulty they speak poor english and are extremely hard to deal with. They say little over skype, and repeat mantra's such as "sorry sir, we are looking into this" (in pigeon english).

I dealt with Mendy Lieder and Mariano Moscatelli. They enticed me to pay two months ahead upfront, with a 10% reduction in the bill. However, one day a few weeks back they decided to move my account from a service called "Email Labs" to a totally different company called "Delivra" (without my consent). I worked out they probably did this because delivra was offering them a higher commission.

This cost me $40,000 in lost business and 2 weeks of extreme stress, dealing with what felt like mentally handicapped people. (they are incredibly stupid).

Since I ended my service with them, I rightfully requested a pro-rata refund of the $20,000 I had paid upfront. No response. No more emails. Hang ups when I call them.... And all of this from a company who pass themselves off as email marketing experts.

They Are SCUM! Beware!
