Complaint Review: M. Carroll Black Top Service

M. Carroll Black Top Service was contracted to pave my driveway in March of 2015.  

The cost of the work compared to the quality is very substandard.

There was not sufficient sealer/tar applied to the aggregate.  After the first rain the majority of the sealer disappeared.  

There was no weed killer applied to the ground prior to adding the aggregate.  I understand that I have to maintain the driveway but I would havge thought at least an initial application of weed killer would have been applied.

After three years my driveway has returned to gravel/aggregate with no visible evidence that it had ever been paved.

For the price Mr. Carroll charged my to complete the job I expected a driveway that would appear to be paved after a year of use and not one that has returned to gravel.

I can NOT recommend M. Carroll Black Top Service and would not utilize them for another job.
