M Investment, BHT Investment, ProTen LLc ripoff Fort Worth Texas
This company issue Bonds and there is no way of cashing them. Arlen McBride of Indiana is facing CLASS C FELONY charges for Bonds issued by BHT Corporation owned By Robert (Bobby) E. Hearn of Fort worth Texas, Tad McBride also involved was the M-Investment Corporations President until retirement ??? Several "DEALS" have been made by these companies to attempt purchase bankrupt corporations without the required financial backing to close agreements (i.e.... Sun Cruz Casinos) and Yodabid.com.
At present the company claims to be a Multi- Billion Dollar Company. BHT Investment Corporation's BBB certificate was revoked for not following settlement agreement made by the company due to selling automobiles and not delivering the product to the customer or refunding there money, and or investment.

As anyone who knows anything about corporate bond can be cashed at the due date, We do not offer our bonds to the public we only deal with qualified investor buyers.
Arlen McBride has never sold any bonds belonging to M Investment Corp and or BHT Investments, M Investment Corp nor BHT Investments placed any bid on Sun Cruz Casinos.
A bid was made by Arlen McBride for Sun Cruz but it was not accepted by the court and that is not backing out that is not having the best offer and this is the only "Deal" know if that did not complete.
As for Yodabid you need to do your homework before you talk for www.yodabid.net is in business and is owned in part by M Investment Corp.
As for the BBB and your statement that BHT was selling automobiles and not delvering them that is untrue like the rest of your so called report so get your facts before you talk or atleast have the nerve to say it to our face and stop hidding behind a computer Tom...

BHT Investments has never sold any type of corporate bonds to anyone at anytime and the person saying this is 100% wrong. BHT Investments is was a automobile dealership in Fort Worth Texas until it closed in 2004 due to a death in the family. and is not now nor has it ever been part of M Investment Corp
