I handed check of $1040 to Debbie (M&K Owner Paul Randhawa's wife) on 04/26/04 at their San Francisco Office.
No ticket was issued until 05/26/04

I did not want to cancel my vacation plan so I purchased a ticket from a different agent and left for India on 5/29.

M&K has given me a bad check on 06/22/2004.
Till now, he is refusing to refund the money.

BBB has been notified. BBB has tried to contact them through mail but M & K has refused to respond.

Paul Randhawa has his M and K Travel still attracting new victims. His infamous MANDKTRAVEL.COM is still up and running.
Government is investigating but doing nothing about it.

FBI is not taking interest because it's a civil case.

Writing bad check with clear intentions is not criminal???
