I remodeled an entire house, put on a brand new metal roof just below a giant limb they removed for me. For a few weeks I though the job was done well, til I saw a salient dent in my new roof. I am positive a squirel did not do it. So I notifed Jennifer at M & M whom I have know since she was 14 and taught her how to drive, literally. At first she agreed to pay half as I wanted to split the cost to be nice as she gave me a discount. Once I got the work done, 200. dollars and sent her and Bob the bill, I received the nastiest text message calling me vulgar names, demeaning my credibility, asking for video of the incident, she tried to guilt me abd bully me into not having them reimuburse me for the damaged roof of which I was eating half the cost. Two phrases used in her texted response were " A**hole and D*** move" . Extremely unprofessional and borderline harassment and deplorable behavior. They actually did good tree work for me several times, but as for their professionalism and ability to stand behind their damage caused without calling people names and being nasty, maybe Bob should handle the customer service, he seems much nicer. I was never so insulted in all my dealings with contractors and I have flipped houses for 25 years.

Attached herto is the unprofessional words ( via text ) of the representative of M & M Tree service, Jennifer Fisher-Hinter- MacMullen, to a 30 year faithful customer who drove to you last time to deliver a 1000. dollars cash ( for trimming just a few limbs from two easily accesible trees, 30 miles from my house, thus, the claim you tracked me down is grossly incorrect as I went out of my way within 48 hours to deliver cash as demanded, just another falsehood that may have ramifications in the legal sector soon.  It was after hours, because I was ingored during business hours, regardless. Let the public see how you treat a faithful customer of 30 years and if this is how you talk to your friends, I am glad I am not in that club either.

We are not friends, old acquaintances, an I mean old, at no time in the 40 years I have known you have I ever said one bad word towards you nor your husband and you know that and my 1976 Nova taught you and Debbie how to drive, certainly not entirely, furthermore, you have performed work on three of my homes, one before oyu even met your husband over a 30 year span, I must have been doing something right for thirty years and you hired me numerous times and I provided the best service possible and barely charged you if I recall, I actually rarely charegd you, lest we forget that ??????????????????  Thirty years I spent money and paid in full immediately for all services rendered and you feel you need disgrace me after thirty years being a faithful customer, talk down to me as if you are verbally abusive, call me d*** and a****** ( unprofessional ) all because I sent you a bill and asked for half of the bill in all fairness and you agreed to this months ago, then ignored me yesterday when I sent the bill ? Seriously, you dont have an ounce of decorum nor professionalism. You insutled my itnegrity, you insulted my financial status, you insulted reputation and our 30 year business history together over a lousy 100. dollars of which this is about principal. Call my contractor and ask him how recently he installed that perfect roof. Was it a bird or squirell or heavy limb that bent metal , aint rocket science ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????. you demanded cash from me, hmmmm, I wonder if you are hiding cash from the Federal Government, ie. Federal tax Fraud ? More admirable business practices. Sometimes Jen the truth will come out and karma will be best legally served cold and when you poke a sleepign bear, he may just bite.  Dont you ever harass me or any other inncocent victim person, I see other complaints on here as well and they all seem to be about you Jen. I did you a favor by hiring your service, there are a thousand other tree services I could have used and some were cheaper than you. I demand payment in full, 200. dollars and the receiptt indicates in 7 days or I wil gladly bring my contractor into court. As for video of the limb falling, sorry, nobody puts a video camera on their roof to watch their tree service, although I will now, since apparently someone in your employ failed to disclose damage to me brand new roof. I would never, ever treat a stranger on text with the harsh words you sent me let alone someone whom has been a customer for 30 years, shame on you and M & M for allowing you to be their spokesperson. I am saving every thign you wrote before, now and in the future, feel free to keep it up.

 I would like to address some false statements and or left out information against our co. M& M Tree Service, Pottstown Pa. from a Mike Kane, Reading Pa. We did do excellent tree work many times for him and had givin him several enormous friends & family discounts because he was a long time personal acquaintance. The minimal damage that was done to his roof we did agree to pay , even without any proff that we caused it. But this was to happen only after his contractor actually looked at the work and completed it so the real cost could be verified. This just happened the day before he wrote this complaint! As far as the explicit communications he is referring to, he is correct but that was on a completely personal note and after hours. Of which I believed I was telling off a friend who took advantage of my husbands generosity for the last time . . If it was up to my husband( Bob) he would not have worked for him again due to problems in the past with him being a difficult customer and not worth the potential hassle. I should have listened. The senerio has happened before where he tried to get more work done for less pay to us and after the job was completed I've had to chase down the payments.. That is where my frustration has come from.. When you do a friend a favor with a discount and quality timely work and they take advantage.. He is not being bullied in any way. I wish he would use that term correctly.. It was an argument between old friends and his check is in the mail regardless, because even if we didn't do it we always do the honorable thing by our customers . As for the argument,.. I'll choose my friends more carefully in the future and not let let them get me to that point of anger, we all have been there.. but still no excuse,.. for that, I am sorry and apologize. P.S.
