On 08/06/2010 I mailed out an application form and a check for $2995.00 to M.O.R.E. Incorporated for the 300 beta tester websites program. I did not know that I also needed to include an agreement form - until I talked to Matt Dent on 08/24/2011 - one year later. As a result the application was not complete. Matt Dent sent me an agreement form, which I did not get until 10/08/2011. I mailed the form back, and they received it on10/17/2011. I then had 90 days to request my $2995.00 returned to me.I faxed a letter requesting my $2995.00 to be returned to me 0n 12/19/2011 and again on 12/22/2011, which was only 63 days for the first fax and 66 days for the second fax. I have not yet received my $2995.00

I ran into a financial problem because I did not receive my money when I requested it in December, 2011. Because I did not receive my money I had to take out two payday installment loans and I have had to pay bills late. As a result I am out the interest on the payday loans and have had to pay late fees on my bills.

M.O.R.E. Incorporated is liable for the interest on these loans and late fees.
M.O.R.E. Incorporated now owes me: The $2995.00 that I paid for this program plus
$470 for payday loan interest, $190.00 for late payment fees, $125.00 for collection costs,$500.00 for aggravation and stress. Total: $4280.00
