Complaint Review: M Qube Mobile Lifestlyes

I have received 3 charges from this company. One on December 5, 2005 for $9.99, one on January 5, 2006 for $10.69, and one on January 20, 2006 for $10.69.
I was previously subscribed to a ringtone site (I had a PAID 1-year membership which was over in October 2005!!).
The site (or some related site perhaps!) keeps contacting me via text message, and apparently, everytime they send me a text message, i get charged $10.

I have not downloaded any ringtones (or games, or anything else for that matter!) since September or October 2005 and anything I had downloaded was paid for upfront- so I don't understand all these extra charges.
I contacted M Qube & they sent me the following response:

Charges on your wireless bill for number (XXX) XXX-XXXX under m-Qube are billed on behalf of our client Mobile LifeStyles, for services subscribed to via the Internet or your wireless handset. We have forwarded a request on your behalf asking Mobile LifeStyles to remove your wireless number from all services.

Alternatively, if you wish to cancel the subscription yourself, you may do so by sending a text message with the word STOP to 21277. If you have any further inquiries regarding this matter you must contact Mobile LifeStyles directly at http://www.mobilelifestyles.com, or via
email at support@mobilelifestyles.com.

*Please be sure to include your mobile number in the body of all
future email correspondence with Mobile LifeStyles.*

If you are a Cingular customer you can view these charges by going to http://awireless-oac.qpass.com
You will need to enter your cell phone # and create an e-Wallet account. You can then request that these charges be refunded directly from this page. I've gone through all the procedures, and hopefully there will be no future charges. And I do not plan on paying for any of the current ones either.
