Please be careful!  I called to get an extension on one of my properties that is currently in foreclosure. My goal is to sell the property before the foreclosure sale and pay 100% of the money owed to bank.  Woman named Lisa G. mentioned that all I would need would be a offer letter and I did better and sent information on full price funding on the next day of the scheduled auction sale date.  After submitting this information and voicemails every day to employee "Lisa" ext 8519 from phone number 800-724-1633, there was no answer. I called and left messages twice a day, 1 week up to the auction date. I left messages with other individuals including the Foreclosure Processor Michelle Ramaley who back peddled when spoke to her with my file as well.  Every supervisor or  employee doesn't seem to know anything. Needless to say, my property was auctioned off and the people I do get on the phone now at M&T bank simply say sorry.  Is M&T Bank a Scam?  This is the worst form of customer service that I've ever experienced.  There is no accountability and action should be made.  If anyone has any advice on a live person who can get answers, please let me know.
