As with many others, I noticed unauthorized billings of $14.95 for services never received. I have disputed these charges with the credit card company and canceled the CS and AOL account. I have tried to contact the Simple Escapes number, 888-404-5629, and get either a "Call back within business hours" or placed on terminal hold until disconnected. I am also filing a compliant with the FTC against M02*Simple Escapes and AOL since I believe AOL is the unauthorized source of the account number which allows Simple Escapes to charge the account.
