M2CGlobal, Inc. the supposive Manufacturers of the A.C.T energy drink RIPPED ME OFF! First, their website is mis-leading, claiming they send you your checks daily, when checks are actually held for 7 days before being sent! They also claim to be M2cGlobal, Inc. but do not show up in any Texas Corporation Registries! Their products has made me and people in my downline SICK!

Checks I earned were ALWAYS late, sometimes they had to be re-sent, prizes I won were always 3-4 weeks late, and once I informed them I was leaving the company and that I was going to report them, they sent me 2 of my prizes they owed me, but did not send me 1 of the checks they still owed me! I put in a "Trouble Ticket", and never received a reply!

M2CGlobal is ACTUALLY Aloe Commodities, International! About 6 other MLM's have originated from their EXACT same address!! BUYER BEWARE, DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! Upline Sponsor threatened me not to release this information, But I am!!

M2Cglobal = not a scam

Mon, December 11, 2006

I am based on the Gold Coast in Australia and have been eagerly representing M2Cglobal by building a team based around its ACT drink.

SICK: Firstly, *NOT* a single person that I have sent free ACT samples to has fallen ill, gotten sick, or has gotten any stomach ache, headache or got any allergic reaction out of it.

TASTE of ACT drink: had a few people come back to me disliking the taste, approx. 5-10% of people on average would comment they dislike the taste, but almost half have no problem with the taste when they go ahead and instead of mixing with water they mix the drink with a blended fruit juice like a tropical juice.

PRIZES/COMPETITIONS: There's at least one valid reason that I am aware of that would give the authorities reason to "pounce on them" for being misleading. Not a serious issue that would cause somebody not to become involved with them, but they ran a Stack (weightloss product) body make-over competition mid-2006, asking for before and then after pictures, and then the winner is voted on for a $us 3000 prize. The vote never happened, and a winner was never announced. This is misleading conduct and is the only real blemish I can see about this company.

PRIZES/COMPETITIONS #2: On a Saturday night conference call I was called up for $200, I called in, and with the next commission run I was paid the $200, so yes the $3000 stack body makeover competition appears to be an isolated blemish rather than a trend.

PAYMENT OF COMMISSIONS: For people located outside the USA, extracting commissions out of M2Cglobal has been more than a bit challenging. I can report that I have *ALWAYS* been paid, albeit very late on various occasions.

Most people are unaware of how tight USA's laws and regulations have become with moving money out of the USA post 9-11. The 911 act has made it very difficult moving large amounts of money out of the USA. With all the right intentions, M2Cglobal has approached several card providers who haven't lived up to expectations, or they have run into the complexities of the 911 act and OFAC compliance requirements on moving large sums of money offshore.

Let me elaborate: M2Cglobal's first pay card experience was the "XOOM" card. That was on its way out about the time I got involved into the business. There were PIN number problems with some XOOM cards, but overall the funding system appeared to work well until the card company decided to discontinue the card.

Next in line was GTP, a Visa Platform card, which were issued by a card company (GTP) affiliated with the issuing bank, the Multicredit Bank of Panama. The funding process meant that a large sum of money had to be sent to a master (GTP) card account, total of all international commissions owed, which then is paid on to the individual card holders. The cards worked well when loaded with funds, unfortunately wire transfers from the USA to the Panama-based bank almost always took a lot longer to get through.

From what I could gather, the GTP company was badly organized and very poorly run, which didn't really help things, and also dented M2Cglobal's reputation with international dealers, many of whom have lost interest in the business as a result.

If you visit gtplimited.com you will now notice that GTP no longer appear to be in the rechargeable Visa debit cards business, instead marketing primarily stored-value (non-rechargeable) Visa cards.

For M2Cglobal to continue dealing with them would have been a waste of time considering their own bank (Bank of the West, Dallas) issues Visa Gift Cards, and I've once had my commissions paid by being sent a Visa Gift Card loaded with the commissions due, which was an interim solution, and need I add, an expensive one (card cost, cost of Fedex delivery...)

NEW PAYMENT SYSTEM: As of early December 2006, M2Cglobal have teamed up with another Dallas based company, a card provider called "Virtualmoneyinc" (virtualmoneyinc.com), who issues Cirrus/Pulse ATM cards which can be used in 210 countries and over 1'000'000 ATM machines.

2 weeks into the new pay system, I can report that this system should work well looking forward. The first load of commissions into our cards went off without any major problem, except it took a few more days longer than expected, on account of the USA's thanksgiving holiday on the Thursday which has seen the transfer not going through until the following week.

Virtualmoneyinc cards can be directly loaded by way of a wire transfer (ie: EFT) like a payroll system, direct bank transfer, as they are issued by the southwest bank of texas.

Melissa at M2Cglobal just spent 2 days in training with Virtualmoney last week, I am informed, so she can effectively use the Virtualmoney terminal to pay commissions.

Last but not least, yes support tickets have often taken days to get answered, especially a few months ago. Seems that they are getting their act together and coping with their massive growth.

re: Checks being late, I have several USA based dealers in my team earning commissions, and there is a time-lag of around 7 days from when commissions become "current" to when the check is sent. This is common with companies that pay commissions daily, I'm sure it's the same reason with M2Cglobal in that this has been put in place as a fraud prevention mechanism. If your commission check was mailed the day after you earnt them, the company is exposed to losses as a result of fraud. If somebody is using stolen credit card numbers to bump a large number of orders onto the system, resulting in a burst of commissions, it would be able to identify and nip this in the bud during that 7 day period.

Hope this helps.

The company's not a Scam, but the continuing problems they've had with the international payment system, and occasional lack of prompt communication and updates would certainly have made some people think whether these people are legit or not.

Well they are. They ship product fairly promptly, most Aussie orders for ACT arrive within about 2 weeks, give or take a day or two or three, I've had Australian customs get overzealous with their stanley blades, opening the USPS bags to get their grubby little paws inside to have a look and inspect it, in the process destroying 2 or 3 ACT sachets, leaving one hell of a sticky mess inside, real nice to see our tax dollars at work when you receive your order with a messy sticky powder all over, but reporting this via the backoffice support ticket, on the 4 or 5 occasions this has happened to myself, as well as team members, the company has always re-shipped the order.

On another occasion, one order never arrived after about 3 weeks, so I raised a support ticket. Got a response a couple of days later telling me the order had been re-shipped, and it arrived 2 weeks and a bit later.

The original order arrived not long after, bearing a PNG (Papua New Guinea) stamp on the front of the packet, seems it made an unexpected detour and got stuck at Port Moresby !!!

These things are rare, but do occasionally happen. But there's no need to jump up and down screaming SCAM!

"M2CGlobal, Inc. the supposive Manufacturers of the A.C.T energy drink RIPPED ME OFF!"

First off, M2C Global is a marketing wing and has PARTNERED with Aloe Commodities to create their products. Their products are cheaper than retail stores. How is THAT a rip off? When you start a "network marketing" business there are great tax incentives and you are FAIRLY COMPENSATED for whatever work you put in. Free Sign Up, Pay For Product, 2 months before you need to reorder anything...give me a break.

"Their products has made me and people in my downline SICK!"

I have a very large orignization and no one in my downline has gotten sick. It may be true that there are people who may have had discomfort. I beleive that can happen but just like any product! So far, however, I have found nothing.

"Checks I earned were ALWAYS late"

If that were true its probobly because when the company started up it was expanding so fast that of course errors were being made. Alot of changes have been made and I have never EVER received one late check. The only problems are happening to international dealers. When a group of international dealers came and watched the CEO in action, you could see the company is very very busy and rapidly expanding. I believe these problems are growing pains (did big companies like Ford, network marketing companies etc havep roblems on start up...of course but they did their best to resolve it) and will be sorted soon. Many of the problems of the past HAVE been corrected.

"claiming they send you your checks daily, when checks are actually held for 7 days before being sent!"

Well hello, of course they will hold it for 7 days, they do this for security purposes. You do get to the point where people are ordering everyday and you CAN obtain a check every single day. 7 days ago orders were put in and I got a check...tommorow will be the same and so forth. Am I receiving daily checks? YES

"prizes I won were always 3-4 weeks late"

Prizes! you are complaning about receiving something "late" that was a prize! That was a reward that the company AWARDED you.

"M2CGlobal is ACTUALLY Aloe Commodities, International!"

I knew this from the beginning. They don't keep this a secret.

About 6 other MLM's have originated from their EXACT same address!!

Thats right including Liquidity International and so forth. Remember, Aloe Commodities is a MANUFACTURER that also manufacturers for Costco, Sams Club, 7-11 and so forth. M2CGlobal also has manufactured for network marketing companies such as Tahitian Noni. Our CEO came to Aloe Commodities to make this a seperate entity that rewards value and so forth. What does these other companies have anything to do with M2CGlobal? M2CGlobal has grown way beyond these "6 other mlms" because of the experience of our leadership and high payout compensation plan.

Your upline threatened you not to release this? Why? Its public information, do a Google search...thats what I did before I joined the company. Come on...

"BUYER BEWARE, DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!"

Scam? Its amazing how people just cry SCAM SCAM SCAM. The thing is, this is a busines and once you are in the business you gotta realize there are certain factor that may not go as planned but the company is trying its best to sort any problems out. Tell me where else will offer no sign up fee, cheaper than retail products (that are tax deductable!), daily checks and the realistic chance of making an extra hundred dollers above whatever products you are purchasing.

M2CGlobal is the best thing I have ever been part of

#4UPDATE Employee

Tue, May 23, 2006

I have been a distributor for M2CGlobal for around 7 or 8 months and it is the only online business I have ever really enjoyed or made a decent amount in.

The product, the ACT energy drink, is excellent and people in my downline have had amazing results. I have earned over $2500 to date and can withdraw my earning using a VISA debit card. The STACK weight loss product also works as I have also tried and tested this myself.

Support have been very helpful and tickets are usually answered within 24 to 48 hours.

Cannot praise this company enough - it has given me back my faith in the home based business industry. I am now building a full time income with this.

It is true that M2CGlobal manufacture ALoe Vera products for other network marketing companies and retailers. They have been doing so for 13 years. They make products for GMC, Sam's Store and many others.

ACT is their own product they sell directly to customers through their dealers and online.

Sure there were a few teething problems when we changed over to a new better back office and website and as the manufacturer to dealer side of the business grew, more support had to be drafted in but this is a proper company that has been around for years and will remain so.
