I first registered for a domain name, i received a confirmation in my inbox that the email is registered to me. i checked after few hours, it wasn't. I contacted their support team repeatedly and always i was getting the same answer that the domain name is in the registration process, that i should try again in 6 to 8 hours. i checked online and my domain name was still available to registration! i don't care about the money it's only 12USD but this is stealing and causing delays for my business. Thank you.
