My 2006 tax debt is in dispute not only because the statute has passed but because it was discharged in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy 05/28/2014. The tax disappeared and a month later reappeared and I was told due to a "legislation change, the debt is not dis chargeable".

Aside from lack of proof of this legislative change, a complete disregard for the bankruptcy court and process, I required assistance from a taxpayer advocate Friday, 09/15 who said he needed a week to review my file.

Not even a week later, Tuesday, 09/19, the entire tax debt was stolen from my savings account, plus a $125.00 fee.
