Complaint Review: Maaco Enterprises.

I worked at the Maaco Headquarters and had my car painted there. It took them 2 mos. to complete the work, and when I went down to the "warehouse" to look at my car when it was finished, it had paint spilled on the black trim below the passenger's side door, there were about 60 little specks on the vehicle like it had been painted and dirt specks dried on it, and the wheel well piece was hanging off.

Now, I WORKed at Corporate and went to Mr. Martino's secretary and she agreed it was shoddy work. The response I received was basically it is what it is. Oh, and by the way, don't think this was done for free or discount, my insurance company paid the fulll amount that I could have gone to a a reputable shop and had it done w/in a week (which all my "rental" covered...had to borrow a car from a friend for 6 weeks) and received a professional repair job.

It's pretty pitiful when you screw an employee because they should be one of your best advocates. It's a shame but "it is what it is!"
